Phsp sources

Francisco Berumen Murillo requested to merge phsp_sources into master

The core code is ready. It includes 12 LDR sources (2 of them support simulation with phase space sources), 3 HDR sources(one with time features), 2 TG43 scorers, the generation of general parameters (overall control, world, physics, graphics, save parameters to a text file, and run TOPAS), and 6 examples that show how to use the code.
